improve WinSettings 8.1 with the capability to fix the Internet connectivity. Simply store the settings of a running system with a proper Internet connectivity in order to restore the settings when the loss of the Internet connectivity occurs.

Have administrator privileges when running as administrator.

The program consistently says that I require administrator privileges while it has been run as administrator and set to run as administrator for all users.
